West Wear – Coronavirus Response (Updated 22/3/2020)
In light of the current situation developing in our country in relation to the COVID – 19 (Coronavirus), West Wear wishes to inform our customers that we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure that we can continue to provide our customers with their goods in a timely manner.
West Wear currently has no international deliveries pending for fabric or accessories, we have ceased the public’s access to our Malaga factory and will continue to ensure all staff practice good hygiene.
We will require all customer contact and orders to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or placed via www.westwear.com.au
Pickups will temporarily be suspended with all orders being delivered to customers. We have been informed by our local courier service that their drivers are undergoing daily temperature testing to ensure their wellness before commencing a shift.
These changes may mean some slight delays with order deliveries, however West Wear will continue to monitor the situation and will inform our customers if any future modifications to our practices will further affect the delivery of their orders.
Until such times, West Wear will continue business as usual.
