How To Order

How to Order - Students 

  1. Please navigate to the "My School" tab and proceed to either select your school from the list provided or search for your school name using the search bar.
  2. Next, choose the relevant tab based on your needs (e.g., graduating in 2026 and requiring to order leaver jackets online). Hover over the school name and click on "Leavers 2026".
  3. Enter the designated password for the school.
  4. Provide the school address for delivery.
  5. Ensure that you select "PayPal/CreditCard" as the payment method, and NOT "Account Customer".
  6. You may now proceed with placing your order. Please inform us promptly if you encounter any issues during this process.

 

**Orders for Leaver Jackets that have selected "Account Customer" will not be processed as valid orders and will be canceled.**

 

Digitisation:

  • Orders requiring digitization that have not been paid will result in the cancellation of any emoji or special font requests.
  • If an emoji that is not currently available is selected, please email the exact image of the desired emoji to sales@westwear.com.au along with your order number, full name, and school to avoid any misunderstandings and select "digitsation fee" when ordering your jacket. 

Mistakes:

If you have created a mistake (e.g. ordering the wrong size or entering the wrong name) please cancel the order and reorder again as we cannot manually change the details.

 

How To Order - Account Customers

  1. Please proceed to the appropriate tab ("My School", "My Business", or "My Club") and locate your organization either by browsing the list or using the search icon located at the top left corner of the page. 

  2. Select the appropriate department.
  3. Sign in to your account.
  4. Commence with your ordering process.
  5. If you have specific purchase order details or preferred delivery times, please enter them in the notes section provided.
