How long will it take to receive my order?
Leavers jacket deliveries are scheduled according to each school’s decision. All orders will be delivered directly to the school, and it will then be up to them to decide when and how the jackets are distributed to students.
I have entered the wrong delivery address for my leavers order what do I do?
All leavers jackets will be delivered directly to the school for distribution, regardless of the delivery address provided
I have placed an order with the incorrect details such as size, nickname
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes once an order has been submitted. To update your details, the order will need to be cancelled and refunded so you can place a new one with the correct information.
Refunds are processed via Shopify and generally appear in your account within 7–10 business days.
To request a cancellation, please email us here with your order number and the note: “Please cancel — I entered the wrong details.”
Can I pay to have extra embroidery on my leavers jacket?
Unfortunately, we cannot.
How do I wash my leavers jacket?
For items containing cotton, please COLD WASH only and line dry to prevent shrinkage and print damage.
DO NOT SOAK LEAVER JACKETS, as brightening detergent will ruin the garment.
